1. Castlevania Game – Lords of Shadow

This title Castlevania Game is supposed to be the rebirth of the Castlevania series. Judging from the trailer it just might have the balls to bring this series back to life. From what we’ve seen so far it looks like the re-skinned God of War but hell who doesn’t love God of War. This is a very good step forward for the Castlevania series and a must have for any gamer in 2010.

2. Sin and Punishment 2

The sequel to the Nintendo 64 Game Punishment and  Sin brings this highly anticipated title out of Japan and into the hands of greasy Nintendo fan boys at last. This 3rd person shooter is sure to pack a must needed punch for the Nintendo wii.

3. Lost Planet 2

This science fiction game third person shooter was a huge hit for Capcom last time around and Capcom isn’t trying to rock the boat, after all if it ain’t broke don’t F IT UP! The game will be taking place in the same planet as the first Lost Planet just ten years later. The setting may be the same but the characters are not. With the ability to fully customize your hero the possibilities sound endless.

4. Wow Cataclysm

If you play very good WOW you have been drooling over this expansion pack for months now. With 2 new races (Worgen and Goblin) and new areas to play its hard not to… Chances are if you play WOW this would be number one on your list, but if you don’t play WOW…. RUN! Run for your f’ing life! WOW is a endless void you can never escape, your life, your marriage OVER! But at least you’ll enjoy it.

5. Super Mario Galaxy 2

It’s Mario Game, there isn’t much else I can say, you are probably going to save the princess and make funny sounds when you jump, but you’re going to have a damn good time doing it. Plus this time around you get Yoshi and who doesn’t love Yoshi!

6. Mass Effect 2

Our old friend Shepard is back and this time he is fighting a new mysterious enemy on the edge of space… WAIT! Didn’t he do that last time too? Awh who gives a shit, that game rocked and I’d I bet they could sell you the exact same game as last time and you’d still praise them for it.

7. Diablo 3

Diablo always holds a very special place in our hearts. The simple but affective hack and slash style that only Blizzard can deliver is rumored to be released some time in 2010. This time there are three classes Witch Doctor, Wizard and Barbarian, each with its own set of abilities, strengths and weaknesses. With a game this good it is safe to assume you will lose your job and friends until you’ve finished ever minute of this game.

8. Metroid: Other M

Take one of the most beloved action games of all time and combine it with the brilliant minds over at team ninja and what do you get,  Metroid : Other M. If this game uses what is good with Metroid and combines it with what is good in Ninja Gaiden, it might just be the best Metroid ever and that’s something to brag about.

9. God of War III

God of War III Game takes place right where God of War II ended, with Kratos on Gaia’s back. But to be honest we could care less if Kratos was on the back of B. Arthur fighting her to the death, it’s just so much damn fun fighting as Kratos, hacking slashing and ripping everything to shreds. If you own a PS3 this will game will be the exactly what you needed, something to shove in your xbox 360 friends face.

1O. StarCraft II

The original Star game Craft is arguably one of the best Games of all time, so it is not surprising real time strategy fans flipped shit when Star Craft II was announced. Blizzard has upped the graphics and increased the units but still left the giant all out battles in tact. To often developers try to reinvent video games but why reinvent perfection? If Blizzard doesn’t push this project back 3 more years it is probably a shoe in for game of the year.
